Reviews and Ratings
The Brighton has a charming, romantic vibe that’s perfect for couples, especially with its stunning views and unique atmosphere. I loved sitting at the balcony with a glass of wine, soaking up the beauty of Valparaíso. However, the rooms can be quite small and noisy at times, which might not suit everyone's taste, especially light sleepers.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the charming balcony offered a lovely breakfast spot and the place was clean, I was disappointed by the noisy rooftop sounds that disrupted my sleep. Returning late at night made me uneasy without a key for entry, and the cold room didn't help either. Overall, it has potential, but improvements are definitely needed.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, with an excellent view of the harbor and a location that made it easy to explore the town. However, the shower was a bit tricky to get the temperature right, and some aspects of the service left room for improvement. I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the vibrant local nightlife nearby.
During my stay, I enjoyed the charming ambiance and stunning views from the hotel. The location in the artsy Concepcion area is fantastic for exploring galleries and shops. However, there were significant issues with the room's amenities and some communication barriers with the staff. Overall, it's a cute place with potential but needs some upgrades to enhance the experience.
I had high hopes for The Brighton based on its reputation as a romantic getaway, and it does offer some amazing views and a unique atmosphere. However, the service, especially in the dining area, was disappointing. While the rooms have charm, the service quality leaves much to be desired, particularly when it comes to dining. Overall, the hotel's character is charming, but the management needs to address the service issues for a better experience.
